Terms & Conditions
These terms define our mutual responsibilities during your 14-day testing period. We've written them in plain English so you know exactly what to expect.
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
The "TL;DR" Summary
- We agree to provide 20+ active human testers for 14 continuous days.
- You agree to provide a working app that doesn't violate Google's core safety policies (no malware, no adult content).
- You agree not to push major breaking updates during the 14 days that prevent our testers from opening the app.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at 12PlayTesters.com and purchasing our testing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Our Service Commitment
When you purchase our 20 Testers Package, we legally commit to:
- Providing a minimum of 20 distinct human testers with unique Google accounts.
- Ensuring those testers opt-in to your Google Play Closed Testing track.
- Maintaining continuous daily engagement for a minimum of 14 days as required by Google Play's 2023 policy update.
- Providing you with actionable feedback logs upon completion of the test.
3. Developer Responsibilities
To ensure we can successfully deliver our service, you (the developer) agree to the following conditions:
- Working Software: The application you submit must be functional. If the app crashes immediately upon launch (ANR/Crash loops) and prevents our testers from engaging with it, the 14-day cycle cannot proceed.
- No Malicious Content: You guarantee that your app does not contain malware, spyware, or violate Google Play's core Developer Program Policies.
- Testing Updates: You may update your app during the 14-day period. However, if an update fundamentally breaks the app, you must push a hotfix within 24 hours, or the Google Play 14-day timer may reset.
4. Testing Environment and Emulators
We explicitly forbid our network of testers from using Android emulators (such as Android Studio AVDs) or automated scripts. We utilize physical hardware to ensure compliance with Google's Play Protect fingerprinting algorithms. We ask that developers do not attempt to spoof or manipulate our testing telemetry.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we offer a robust Refund Policy guaranteeing your app passes the 20-tester requirement, 12PlayTesters is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions caused by Google Play policy changes, permanent account bans unrelated to our testing, or app rejections based on your app's content, functionality, or intellectual property.
6. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Contact Information
