We Never Steal Code
Your APKs and App Bundles are strictly used for testing. We do not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute your intellectual property.
Absolute Confidentiality
We will never publicly list your unreleased app in our portfolio or marketing materials without your explicit written consent.
Secure Data Deletion
Once your 14-day test is successfully completed, all testers are instructed to securely wipe your app and its associated cache from their devices.
No Spam, Ever
Your email is used strictly for order fulfillment and critical updates regarding your testing phase. We do not sell your data to marketers.
1. The Information We Collect
When you purchase a Google Play testing package from 12PlayTesters, we collect only the absolute minimum data required to deliver our service:
- Order Details: Your name, contact email address, and billing information (processed securely via Stripe).
- App Information: Your Google Play testing opt-in link, your app's package name, and any specific testing instructions you provide to us.
- Analytics: Standard, anonymized website analytics (like pages visited) to help us improve our platform's user experience.
2. How We Protect Your App Data
As an Android developer, your codebase and unreleased ideas are your most valuable assets. We treat your app as strictly confidential intellectual property.
When you provide us with your Closed Testing opt-in link, that link is distributed exclusively to our verified, internal network of QA testers. Our testers sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prohibiting them from sharing, copying, or reverse-engineering any application they test.
3. Third-Party Payment Processing
We do not store or process your credit card information on our servers. All financial transactions are handled securely by Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider. You can review Stripe's Privacy Policy on their official website.
4. Data Retention
We retain your contact information and order history for tax and legal accounting purposes. However, specific instructions regarding your unreleased app are archived securely. If you wish for us to permanently delete your account history, simply contact our support team.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA
Whether you are in Europe, California, or anywhere else in the world, we grant you the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access the personal data we have collected about you.
- The right to request that we correct any inaccurate data.
- The right to request the complete deletion of your data ("The Right to be Forgotten").
